Next weekend GBS and Kit Spares will be exhibiting at Detling Kit Car Show, we will be taking with us a range of GBS Zero cars and a full range of parts and spares from Kit Spares.
GBS Customer David Smeaton will be soon collecting his Zero that we prepared and put through its IVA test and registered for him. David has made a stunning job of his Zero build, we are all very impressed with it.

GBS HAD A GREAT DAY AT MALLORY PARK TRACK DAY........

On Saturday the Great British Sports Cars team attended a Track Day that was in conjunction with Javelin Track Days, at Mallory Park. We took with us our Zero demonstartor and Zero Race which again performed extremely well, and everyone was very impressed with the way it handled out on the track.
It was great to see all the GBS Zero's that attended out on the track together, we had GBS customers come as far as Bristol for the day. Also great to see lots of new and existing GBS customers that came along to join us for the day to spectate, many even had a ride in the GBS Zero.
We would just like to thank everyone for joining us and making it such an enjoyable day, and a big thank you to all the Javelin Team, we look forward to the next event.

Yesterday GBS customer Tony Bunn came to collect his GBS Zero that we prepared and put through its IVA test for him. Tony collected his Zero kit from us just before Christmas, we look forward to Tony joining us on some track days later in the year.
The GBS Workshop team are also in the process of building a Robin Hood 2B for Mr John Sands, who bought his 2B kit many years ago to build himself but has never full filled his dream. The build is going well and Mr Sands is very pleased with progress of his car, we are hoping to get it all finished and on the road for April this year.

ANOTHER GREAT ZERO BUILD BY GBS CUSTOMER..........

Today GBS customer Martin Smith from Great Yarmouth brought his GBS Zero up to the factory. We are going to be preparing it and putting it through its IVA test for him. Martin who collected his Zero kit from GBS in July 2010 has made a stunning job of his Zero build, the team in the GBS workshop are very impressed with the build. Martin would like to thank his neighbour Paul Taylor for all his help with the build, cheers mate!

ANOTHER GBS ZERO ON THE ROAD...............

Earlier this week GBS Customer John Higgins came to collect his GBS Zero that we prepared and put through its IVA test for him. John collected his Zero kit from us back in October 2010, he has made a stunning job of his Zero build, the team in the GBS workshop are very impressed with the build. Once registered John will then be able to enjoy his Zero on the road.

We are pleased to be sponsoring the New National AutoSOLO Championship 2012, which last weekend GBS customers Ian and Stuart Harrison, who completed one of the first Zero GT builds took part in another AutoSolo championship at Strensham Services. ANOTHER GBS ZERO KIT IS EXPORTED.........

Last week a GBS Zero Kit was exported to a customer in Kazakhstan. All the Zero range is available in both right and left hand drive, many Zero kits and Factory built cars have already been sold in France, Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Greece, Siberia, South Africa, America and Ireland. Come and visit our GBS showroom and have a test drive in our Zero demonstrator, we currently have many GBS Zero's including the Zero Race on display in the Showroom and workshop which is open Monday to Friday and most Saturdays unless we are at a Show, Competing or at a Track Day.

GBS Customer Trevor Jackman has sent us some photographs of his Zero build now it is back on the road at last after the winter overhaul. Trevor has made a few of his own modifications on his newly registered Zero including the new Zero Nose Cone, Grill, Bonnet with louvers, drive shafts, gearbox, stainless steel indicator stalks, stainless steel washer bottle. Trevor says he is really pleased with how it has turned out, and is looking forward to driving it this summer!

ANOTHER GBS CUSTOMERS ZERO PASSES ITS IVA TEST.............

18 year old Laurence Dalton who has built a GBS Zero and has spent many days with the GBS team in the workshop getting build tips and advice, passed its IVA test yesterday. Laurence went to the IVA test centre with Simon (one of the GBS workshop team) to put the car through its test. We are very impressed with the quality of Laurences build, and pleased he can now enjoy his Zero on the road.
Laurence who is currently at college studying construction is very pleased that his Zero has passed, and is now waiting to register his Zero before he can drive it. He is hoping to join us on the Track Day at Mallory Park later this month.
