GBS ZERO MAZDA KIT IS COLLECTED........

On Saturday GBS customer Zach Waller came to collect his GBS Zero Mazda kit. The Mazda chassis, is the new donor option for the Zero which the standard GBS Zero chassis has been developed to incorporate the Mazda MX5 as a donor. It is available as a standard width chassis or the GT option and still offers all the standard features of the Zero.
Last week GBS customer Philip Greenfield came to the GBS factory to drop of his GBS Zero that we are going to be preparing and putting though the IVA test for him. Great British Sports Cars offer a full IVA service for all cars not only the GBS Zero. The GBS workshop team perform a pre-IVA inspection, complete any required work/alterations, transportation to the IVA test centre in Nottingham as well as all the paperwork that is required before/after the test. NEW APPRENTICE JOINS GBS.......

Great British Sports Cars are pleased to announce and welcome our new Apprentice to the team. With the continued success of our engineering side producing many more parts in house, we have decided to invest in the future and have taken on Jamie Hughes as an Apprentice Engineer. He is joining the company at a very exciting time with many new products being launched over the coming months. 

Like most places we have seen some snow today, there has been quite a lot of snow in the area, but we have all managed to make it into work without any problems. This morning we took the opportunity to photograph our new Factory built Zero GT that was on display at the Auto Sport International show earlier this month.

GBS ZERO'S TO THE USA.......

Great British Sports Cars are pleased to announce our official USA Importer BB Motorsports LLC of Colorado. Brian Ball of BB Motorsport had made numerous visits during 2012 to evaluate the quality of the GBS vehicles and the GBS manufacturing facility. While attending a GBS open day and track day weekend, where Brian put a  Zero demonstrator through its paces at Blyton park he made the decision to import the vehicles into the USA. ANOTHER GBS ZERO KIT COLLECTED..........

 On Saturday GBS customer Sam Evans came to collect his new GBS Zero Race chassis, which had been customised for him by GBS. It is going to be powered by a Honda S2000 engine that will be producing around 280bhp, which should prove to be one of the quickest GBS Zero's on the road to date. This is Sam's second GBS Zero kit, his first Zero kit which he purchased in 2010 was a Zero GT. Sam enjoyed building and driving it very much, but decided it was time to build another Zero this time a Race kit. We look forward to seeing the finished build and seeing how it performs out on the road and track.

Erik Axene from Sweden has sent us some stunning photographs of his GBS Zero build, that he has been enjoying very much since he bought it from our GBS dealer in Sweden in 2009. This is one many GBS Zero's that are now registered and on the road across Europe.
