This bank holiday weekend Great British Sports Cars will be attending The Nottingham Motor Show at Wollaton Park (3rd & 4th June) where we will have a range of Zero's on display.

We would like to invite you all to join us on a Track Day at Blyton Park on Sunday 29th July. Everyone is welcome to come and join us, if your not taking part your welcome to Spectate or be a passenger in our Zero demonstrator. GBS DESIGN A MODIFIED ZERO CHASSIS TO SUIT A MOTOR CYCLE ENGINE.............

GBS Customer Steve Parker who bought his Zero kit from us in December last year, had a slightly different Zero to the standard Zero from GBS. As it is using a Suzuki GSXR1000cc K4 modified to produce 180bhp with a specially modified chassis enabling the Engine to be specifically built into the chassis as a stressed unit along with all the gear linkage and transmission, Taylor-made stainless steel exhaust 4-1 manifold, a lowered sump which gives an improved ground clearance over standard and baffled to prevent oil surge both manufactured in house by GBS.
This project shows the versatility of the GBS design and engineering capabilities, please contact us to find out the different modifications that are available with the help and expertise of our GBS team.

FIRST FACTORY BUILT GBS ZERO IS DELIVERED TO OUR FRENCH DEALER.......

This morning Keith Bird one of the GBS Directors and our new technician Raphael Garel  set off from GBS to deliver the first factory built GBS Zero for our new dealer in France. The Zero will be on display at a show in France over the weekend. The factory built GBS Zero is LHD with a 2L Zetec Engine, GBS Plenum, GBS Water Rail, Gaz Shocks, Team Dynamics Pro Race wheels and Yokohama Tyres, Rear Diffuser, GRP Dash with Smith Instruments, Full weather gear set. On Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th June GBS will be exhibiting at the Nottingham Evening Post Motor Show at Wollaton Park, looks to be a great show and day out for all the family!

SEE GBS IN THIS MONTHS COMPLETE KIT CAR MAGAZINE.........

Back in March we had Ian Stent the Editor from Complete Kit Car Magazine come and spend the day with us. It was Ian's first visit to GBS where he had a tour of the GBS factory and all our facilities he also went out for a test drive in several Zero's and was very impressed with their performance.  Last Friday GBS customer Dave Martin came and dropped his GBS Zero off for us, as we are going to be preparing it and taking it for its IVA test for him later this month. GBS AND KIT SPARES HAD A GREAT WEEKEND AT STONELEIGH KIT CAR SHOW...............

Great British Sports Cars and Kit Spares had a very busy and successful weekend at the Stoneleigh Kit Car Show, it was a great weekend with alot of interest in the Zero. On the stand we had a range of GBS Zero cars,  2 of which were GBS customer builds by Steve Parker and Mike Harmer we would like to say a big thank you for letting us display your cars at the show. It was also great to see all the Robin Hood and Zero owners on the members stand outside many of which were camping!
