GBS'S HARDINGE CNC MACHINE PRODUCES MORE NEW PARTS..............

We have been producing Brake Discs on our new Hardinge CNC Lathe, the benefit of these are that the curved grooves clean the surface of the pad and allow gases produced to escape and improving the friction characteristics. This effects overall friction and improved bite or release of your brakes, the backward facing groves run out on outside diameter to clear debris. These will soon be available from Kit Spares.

Also Zero customer David Tough has sent us some photographs of his Zero build which by the look of it is coming along nicely and is not to far off completion.

GBS PRODUCE SOME NEW PARTS...........

We have been very busy designing and developing new products that have been manufactured on our new Hardinge CNC lathe. We are always expanding our product range which can be seen at www.kitspares.co.uk the new items that have been produced are Steering Rack Extensions, Gear Change Linkage, Water Bungs just to name a few. We are also now stocking the new GBS Plenum and Water Rail Kit.

Also last week Peter Burgess came to GBS to collect his new Zero that we had finished and put through the IVA for him, he was very pleased and is now looking forward to enjoying the car.

GBS ZERO DEMONSTRATOR GOES ON A ROAD TRIP.........

Last week one of the Directors of GBS Richard Hall took our Zero demonstrator to the Grand Prix in Monza, covering a total of 2600 miles going down to Monte Carlo and around the Grand Prix Circuit then up to Italy to Monza to watch the Grand Prix then returning back through Switzerland. The Zero performed really well and was fitted with the new GBS Plenum which gave brilliant fuel economy and performance, as well as being fitted with a few other prototype parts for testing and evaluation that will be making an appearance soon. Throughout the trip the Zero got a lot of attention and outshone many Ferrari's in Monaco.

STAFFORD KIT CAR SHOW.................

At weekend Great British Sports Cars and Kit Spares attended Stafford Kit Car show. It was a successful weekend with a lot of interest in the Zero. It was also great to see all the Robin Hood and Zero owners on the members stand outside, again it was a very impressive turn out.
The next show GBS and Kit Spares will be attending will be Exeter Kit Car Show in October.

CUSTOMERS ZERO BUILD IS NEARLY COMPLETE AFTER 3 MONTHS............

Zero owner Chris Bingham had his Zero kit delivered to him back in June this year, and has made great progress with it as it is not too far of completion after only 3 months. Looking at the photos the car looks very impressive and we look forward to seeing it on the road shortly.
